I believe the strongest marketing begins long before a listing goes live.
I spend time in the home first. I pay attention to how the light moves through the space, the feeling of each room, and the details that make the home feel lived in and loved. I ask sellers about the moments they'll miss most, where they drink their morning coffee, where friends naturally gather, which corner feels peaceful at the end of the day.
Because buyers don't just connect to the features and layout. From there, I build a thoughtful strategy around the lifestyle the home represents. Through storytelling, video, stying guidance ,and marketing all designed to create and emotional connection to help the buyer see themselves there before walking through the door.
Selling a home is often part of a much bigger life transition, and my approach is to guide that process in a calm, elevated experience from start to finish.
